I Did It!!!

I got up this morning early enough to do Pilates! I don't mind this type of exercise because I like the stretching and the non-aerobic stuff. But I feel like I've had a work out! I hated the actual act of getting out of bed, but once I was up, I was up. It wasn't so bad.

Also, I'm eating a bowl of Special K with skim milk which I've measured according to the serving size.......which is a small amount, I must say! :) I'm about to have my morning cuppa and we'll be all set. I'm going to read over a friend's Weight Watchers stuff today to see if that's something I'd be interested in. If any of you have tried that, let me know. Really, that's about the only one I would do because I can still fix meals and eat pretty much anything as long as I count it and it's proportioned. So, I'd like to hear if any of you have experience with that and if you feel like it's worth doing.

Off to my coffee now. I'm excited that I actually got my hiney out of bed and exercised this morning so I had to share.

I LOVE pilates - and the best thing about it is that once you get the hang of it, you can drag your hind end out of bed, lay down on the floor with the video going, and never open your eyes until you're done. Yes, I'm lazy. And you DO feel like you've had a workout and don't have to get all sweaty and gross.

Husband has had success with the "cereal diet." Eating Special K or something similar for two meals of the day and something sensible for the third meal. It's easy and cheap, too.

I love WW. I don't go to meetings or anything, but I think the system is really good and for about one week a month I count points. If I would do it the other three weeks, well, then, that would be a good thing. Alas, we all have our failings...

I need to jump aboard with you too. Another month I'm hoping my youngest will sleep longer at night so I won't be so tired to exercise. Soon, then I won't have any excuse ;-) ya right.

I have the perfect one for you that is sure to work. Are you ready? Here it comes. "IF IT TASTE GOOD SPIT IT OUT". For exercise you only need to do 200 sit ups and 200 push ups and run 50 miles before breakfast every morning. you can do it after breakfast but it is harder after biscuits and gravy.
