Lost: 2.5 +/- lbs!!

Well, gang - I've stuck with the whole Weight Watchers deal for the better part of a week now (I cheated a little yesterday) and have lost between 2 and 3 lbs so far!! And I've never peed more in my whole life! It's actually not been quite as difficult as I thought it would be and I've really enjoyed eating all the veggies and fruits! OH!! And I've exercised! Those of you who know me are going "yeah right" but really I have! I walked and did Pilates last week! Oh and I hear that......um........you know.........with your husband........burns quite a lot of calories as well, so we.........um............you know...........a lot.

Yeah! Go superchick.
I too, along with a few team members are cataloguing our successes and failures with Weight Watchers.
Just started and have lost 4 pounds- Keeping the journal is crucial. Oh and putting it all (including weight) in a blog is torturous motivation.

Hey, that's the fun weight loss program! And when you're exercising and eating right, you have more...energy. Right?

Congrats! You'll find your body gets used to the sudden water drinking and regulates, so you won't have to pee so much.

Good for you! I was lack with my WW stuff over the holidays, but I am getting back in the saddle. While I have maintained my exercising, I was still eating much too much of the good stuff.

Thanks for all the encouragment, gang!! I'm hanging in there still and am doing pretty well, I think....except for the whole exercise thing. I still suck at that. One thing at a time, though, right?
